“What are vendors and how does this work?”

Vendors are “wholesalers” that carry the popular items you see around us at wholesale prices. If you see a shirt inside of a store it may be $20 but the “vendor” which is the “ source”of that shirt may carry it for $5. Purchasing vendors from our site gives you access to those items you see in the store at wholesale prices. All you will need to do is select a list that best suits what you are trying to resell. All lists will have multiple vendors on them to select from. After purchasing and downloading the list, you can now go through all of the website links provided. PLEASE COPY AND PASTE LINKS. From there, if you find a vendor that you like you can begin the process of ordering items in bulk.

“How long is shipping?

We do not carry any physical items on our site. All lists will be instantly emailed.
the only physical items we carry are our coffee mugs and tumblers

“I cant access my file I just purchased”

All lists will be instantly-emailed, but please allow up to 10 min to recieve you files. If you still haven't received the files or are having troubles, please contact us and we will provide assistance as soon as possible. Our goal is to help you become successful, so please do not hesitate to contact us.

“I don't have a seller's permit or business license. Will I still be able to use your lists?”

Absolutely. All lists will have both vendors that require and don't require a permit.

“Should I get a business license or permit?”

Honestly it's not required, but we highly suggest obtaining one. If you truly want to be successful in the retail industry and eventually have a high volume running store, we would suggest you obtain one. They are fairly cheap, but every state is different when it comes to the prices of their permits.

“Do the vendors ship Internationally?”

Majority of the vendors on the list will ship internationally, yes.

“I purchased a list but can’t find the item that I am looking for, what should I do?”

If you are dealing with a vendor that uses whatsapp, i would send them a picture of what you are looking for.

“ I don't have a whatsapp, is it needed?”

Yes, and it's honestly essential for any business. A Lot of jobs use it as a form of communication and really needed to communicate to international vendors. If you need to know how to use it, we highly recommend checking out our “How to Contact Vendors” quick guide.

“I messaged someone on whatsapp and they didn't respond.”

International vendors are in a different time zone then the USA or wherever you may be located. I would Google the “Time in China” to pick an appropriate time to reach out to them. Night time within the USA is a good time to message them as they are awake. Also allow 24-48 for response. All vendors have been verified.

“The links aren't working on the list when I click on them.”

Please copy and paste links if they are not clickable. Due to everyone having different laptops, tablets, we simply cannot guarantee all links will be clickable since not everyone has the same computer.

“How many lists do I need to purchase”

Only one list per category. So if you want “Fashionnova Clothing Vendors” you will only need to purchase each list once. So if you want multiple lists, you can get one clothing vendor list, one hair vendors list, and one shoe vendor list. Only one each.

“I decided I do not want this list anymore, what can I do?”

Absolutely nothing, no i'm kidding, but we do not offer refunds on our list due to having instant access to our information, BUT we will work with you on making the most out of your purchase to make sure that you are satisfied.
